3月30日下午，企业管理系在C602会议室召开学术分享会议。系全体教师出席会议，系负责人李小明老师主持议会议。

首先，畅铁民老师对报酬分配原则偏好研究进展的理论前沿问题进行了汇报，分析了报酬分配原则偏好的价值观影响机理、团队绩效薪酬偏好的影响机理等问题，引起了老师们进一步思考与探索的浓厚兴趣。

其次，赵江老师分享了Targeting precision in imperfect targeted advertising: implications for the regulation of market structure and efficiency，通过定向广告等问题的分析，得出了The targeting precision regulate the market structure，the targeted advertising might reduce intensified competition等结论。老师们进行了热烈的讨论，拓宽了研究者的思维。
