摘要：在信息高度发达的今天，为企业提供诸多机遇的同时也使企业承受前所未有的竞争压力，企业信息化的重要地位越来越突出。只有靠企业信息化和用信息化手段对业务流程进行整合的企业才能赢得竞争优势。文章简述了ASP运营模式和基本特点，分析了中小企业ASP模式的应用价值，并对现行中小企业应用ASP中存在的一些问题提出了针对性的对策。

Abstract:Today, the rapid development of information provides move opportunities for enterprises, but at the same time, enterprises are faced with competition pressure they have never met before. So it is more and more important for enterprise to be information. Only with information of enterprise and combine information with business procedures can enterprises gain move advantages in the business competition. The paper illustrates the characteristics and operation mode of ASP service, and analyzes the value of application of ASP service to small and medium-sized enterprises, finally it puts forward some solutions to the problems which might appear in the process of using ASP service in the enterprises.
