摘要：供应链管理作为现代企业管理的重要手段，企业信息化是实施供应链管理的基础，而供应链管理是企业信息化发展到一定程度后的产物。本文通过对纺织产业集群的企业内部供应链信息化和外部供应链信息化状况的分析，提出了供应链管理信息化建设的问题与对策，力求寻找出一条适合纺织产业集群整体发展的供应链管理信息化道路。

A Study of Information Strategies of Supply Chain Management in Textile Group

Abstract:Supply Chain management(SCM) is an important means of management in modern enterprises and information of enterprises is foundation for the enterprises to realize SCM.SCM becomes the produce When information of enterprises reaches a certain degree. The paper analyzes the supply chain information situation with in the enterprises of textile group and the situation of supply chain information outside the textile group, then it discusses the problems of SCM information construction and suggests solutions to these problems. The paper tries to find a suitable way of SCM information for the development of textile group as a whole.
